Send us the drafting you don’t have time for. We work from your plans or from scratch.

ADU & casita permit sets

A complete permit set for a detached ADU or casita: site plan, floor plan, elevations, sections, and roof and framing plans.

MEP sheets & Manual J

Mechanical, electrical and plumbing plans drawn on your floor plan: HVAC layout and duct sizing, Manual J, electrical plan and panel schedule, and plumbing isometrics.

Offered in Arizona, Texas and Oregon.

Garage conversions

Plans to turn a garage into a bedroom, an office or an ADU: existing and new floor plans, and elevations of the new wall, door and windows.

Additions & remodels

Room additions and layout changes to a house: existing and proposed floor plans, elevations and sections. Also as-builts of work done without a permit.

Plan-check corrections

We answer the city’s plan-check comments and revise the set.

Permit submittals

We can also file the set with the city for you and follow it until the permit is issued.
