Privacy Policy

Casita Drafting (“we,” “us”) is a residential drafting service. This policy explains what we collect when you visit casitadrafting.com, send us a job, call, email or text us, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- What you send us: your name, phone number, email, company name, project address or city, project details, and any plans, photos, sketches or city comments you share.
- Calls, texts and emails: the messages you send us and the phone number or email address they come from.
- Basic site data: anonymous visit statistics from our website host (pages viewed, browser type). We don’t use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.
How we use it
- To quote, draw and deliver your project.
- To reply to you and send updates about your quote or project, including plan-check comments and revisions.
- To keep records of our work and meet legal and tax obligations.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.
Text messages (SMS)
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
If you agree to receive texts from Casita Drafting, we use your mobile number only to send you messages about your quote and project and to reply to you. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop receiving texts and HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is never a condition of getting a quote or hiring us. Who else handles your information
We use a small number of service providers to run the business: Google Workspace (email, files and our quote form), Quo (our business phone line) and Cloudflare (website hosting). They process information only to provide those services to us. When a city requires a licensed professional’s stamp on your project, we share the project drawings and details needed for that work with that professional, with your knowledge. The text messaging opt-in data and consent described above are excluded from all sharing.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep project files and messages for as long as we need them to support your project and for our business and tax records, then delete them.
Your choices
- Reply STOP to any text to stop texts.
- Ask us to see, correct or delete the information we have about you by emailing alex@casitadrafting.com.
Security
We use reputable providers with account security and limit access to your information to the people doing your project.
Children
Our services are for adults and businesses. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll post the new version here with a new effective date.
